Location and fair quality for the price

Location close to hospitals and subway station. Cleaners do well job. Wi-Fi is good in lobby area and rooms.

Old-fashioned management of room keys. It should improve on keys for accessing to rooms. Lack of privacy. It's 2023, nobody wants to steal a TV control. Do a deep cleaning to prevent from bed bugs.

Cheap place to stay if you want to explore Roma Norte, but wouldn't stay for more than 2 nights.

Great location right in the middle of Roma Norte. For two people the room was very cheap for the location - it actually worked out cheaper than some of the hostels we stayed at in Mexico City.

We stayed for two nights here, unfortunately we had no running water on the first morning. We spoke to a few members of staff who claimed it would be back on soon, but we waited in for most of the morning and it didn't. So in the ended we just decided to embrace our smelly bodies and go out. Thankfully it was fine the next day. The decor is very dated and there was only one plug socket in the room which halfway up the wall under the small TV.

King bed was large. Was great value for being in Roma.

Bed was hard. Not much airflow in the room. Room had a window but led to an internal sunroom/prayer room. Bathroom was very tiny. Hallways were very dark, and room wasn't much better.

The hotel has some retro charm but it's a bit dirty. But for what we paid it was acceptable.

The electricity spots didn't work. The bed was too soft.

Good location, nice staff

I liked the helpful staff, the comfortable bed and location was quite good as well. The location is comfortable in a way that an uber is always near by and it is quick to from the hotel to the main parts on the city. It is a comfortable hotel if you just need a bed to sleep - it was perfect for my stay.

The hotel is really old and really needs a glow up. The sheets even though you can smell they were cleaned they still have old stains on them and some have holes in it. other than that I would say it’s good for a stay.
